4 Star Youth Summer Training - July 1st - August 9th

Youth Training is specific training that is focused toward the ages 7-12 and will be hosted through the summer starting July 1st - August 9th. Monday 10:00-11:00 Wednesday 10:00-11:00 Friday 10:00-11:00 **It is not mandatory athletes attend all training sessions through the week** Athletes will come in for an hour class and through the classes will learn basic strength and conditioning movements in a structured environment under the watchful eyes of professional coaches in the sport of Olympic weightlifting. Athletes will be welcome to all 3 classes if able to make it and class structure will build upon itself each week. Young athletes will also learn great lessons in discipline, structure, basic nutrition, and how to move about the gym and weight room with confidence leading to healthier futures for all!
