Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled the same day as the appointment. The member agrees to be on time. Should there be a “NO SHOW” the session is lost, and the member is not eligible for reimbursement. By Purchasing a nutrition consultation, the member has agreed to the user agreement of a third-party program (i.e. zoom) and to their privacy policy and terms of service. The member agrees to maintain a private setting that will not be audio or video recorded. This consultation is confidential.
