So, you want to start working out, but you have no idea where to start or what to do. We have just the solution. A Stay Fit coach can point you in the right direction and get you on your way. Your coach will meet with you for a total of 4 sessions. Working with you on the basic fundamentals of exercise. They will also be guiding you in putting together workout plans and basic nutritional advice. Pointing you in the right direction to Stay Fit. Family Membership
Life's expensive, your gym membership shouldn't be. At Stay Fit we've got your back. The first adult is $35, additional person $20, age 15 and younger are just $5 participating members ages 10 and up living in the same household. Must email or bring in proof of address.
