(3/12) Collegiate Team- 5 Day60 Minute Sessions 5x/ Week. Our Collegiate Team program is designed to allow athletes to continue development of previous athletic traits as well as give them an opportunity to train for the next level. Providing emphasis on body composition, mobility, core development, max strength, speed, and explosive movement this advanced program will give the athlete every opportunity for success. This option will allow for additional field work to improve, speed, power, agility and sports specific skills.
