Free Introductory Class
This is your ticket to a free introductory class at CrossFit Guelph. Spend an hour learning the how, what, and whys of training at CrossFit Guelph. This FREE introductory trial class is held every Sunday at 10:00am or as a 30 minute private trial with one of our professional trainers. It will include goal determination, a movement assessment, movement instruction, nutrition basics, and of course a workout. PLEASE NOTE... A trainer will be in touch with you within 48 hours to schedule your free introductory trial class.
Private Basic Training
6 private, one hour sessions with one of our professional trainers. You will learn the techniques needed to hinge, squat, press, swing, and lift so that you can transition safely into our regular CrossFit classes.
Basic Training Boot Camp
Join use beginning Tuesday May 9th from 7:15 - 8:15 pm for a one-hour group class in a safe, fun, supportive and of course challenging environment. Our program is designed for weight loss, lean muscle mass gain and of course proper form. Ideal for anyone looking to get "off the couch"and into CrossFit.
Teen Strength and Conditioning
This class is designed specifically for the needs of young up and coming athletes. This program will focus on strength, mobility, nutrition, injury reduction,power and explosiveness. It is designed to create athleticism and is recommended for athletes willing to take the next steps in their athletic development.
Gold Membership Unlimited
Gold Membership includes: Full access to all CrossFit classes, Olympic Lifting and a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), nutritional consult and access to Open Gym times.
Silver Membership 3 classes per week
Silver Membership Includes: Your choice of any three CrossFit classes per week, a nutritional consult and access to Open Gym times.
Bronze Membership 2 classes per week
Bronze Membership includes: Your choice of two CrossFit classes per week, a 30 minute nutritional consult and Open Gym times.
