Month to Month rate for college students. This plan is great for young adults who are home on summer or winter break. This plan can be cancelled at any time. Must have valid student email or email a current copy of student ID within 24 hours of sign up.
Single Member 12 Month Contract Membership (can "pause" the membership for 3 consecutive months). After 12 payments have been made, the contract goes to month to month and the rate remains the same. Must be 18 years of age.
Adding on a minor to an already paid parent/guardian plan. Minor must be 13 to 17 years of age, if 18 years of age, must go on their own Single Membership Plan. Minors 13-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and do not get their own access card. Minors 16-17 will be given an access card to access the gym independently. Minors 16-17 must meet with a owner of Forever Fit 24/7 to sign an additional waiver before they can access the gym without a guardian.
High School16-17 membership is great if your parents/guardian does not have a Forever Fit 24/7 membership. Minor must be 16-17 years old for this plan. Upon completing the online waiver, the minor will need to come into the gym with the parent/guardian and sign an additional Minor Liability Waiver.
12 Month Membership for College students (must email a copy of the college ID within 48 hours). Contract is for 12 months. After the 12 months is completed, rate goes month to month until formally canceled.
College 4 Month Membership rate (must email a copy of college ID within 48 hours to foreverfit247oh@gmail.com or access card will not be issued). Membership contract is 4 months and then renews every month at the same rate until formally cancelled.
