Annual Membership Purchase Agreement

Annual membership is provided for a 12-month term beginning on the date of enrollment. The full discounted annual membership fee is paid in advance and provides membership for 12 consecutive months.

Renewal and Cancellation

Annual memberships automatically renew for an additional 12-month term at the applicable annual membership rate.

Members who do not wish to renew may submit a cancellation request at any time during their current membership term, provided the request is received at least 15 days before the next annual renewal date. The membership will remain active until the end of the current prepaid 12-month term and will not renew.

Requests received less than 15 days before the annual renewal date may not prevent the next annual membership payment from being processed.

Due to the discounted nature of the annual membership, memberships cannot be paused, frozen, extended or placed on hold. Annual membership payments are non-refundable once processed, except where otherwise required by law.

Fees

There is no enrollment fee.

Annual membership pricing applies only to the 12-month term purchased. Membership rates and terms may change for future renewals upon advance notice, subject to applicable law.

Start-Up Kits

Optional program-specific start-up kits are available for purchase through the Academy, ranging from $166.52+ to $401.84+, depending on the program and equipment selected. Members are welcome to purchase their own equipment provided it meets Academy requirements. Pricing is subject to change.

Provincial Sport Organization Registration

Participation in certain programs may require current registration with the applicable Provincial Sport Organization (PSO), such as Ontario Kickboxing or the Ontario Jiu Jitsu Association. PSO registration and fees are separate from membership fees and are the responsibility of the member.

Agreement and Payment Authorization

By approving this transaction, I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to these Annual Membership Purchase Agreement terms and authorize Armstrong Submission, operating as Armstrong Academy of Martial Arts, to process the annual membership payment and any future annual renewal payments as described above.
